Today, Brian discusses during a Facebook live some of the key, fundamental understandings around goal setting. Some of the questions asked were:

- When people say they have goals, what do they usually mean and what should we think about goals?

- Let’s go deeper into beliefs, the ABC goal types and the way we justify why we can’t do things, instead of why we can.

- Creative Process: We talk about a goal being the same thing as theory - how do we move from fantasy to theory to fact?  

- So what are the concrete steps someone can do right now to create, define and get clarity on a one worthy goal?

- Identify C type goals

- Write in present tense 

- Power of repetition
