Description

A happy life is possible after chasing an addiction to meth. Mandi Kikta grew up in a small town. The kind of place where everybody knows eachother. At the age of 16 her Dad passed from brain cancer. Then almost a year later her high school sweetheart died in a train accident. She left home to move to what she considered "The big city". She did her 1st line of meth at the age of 18. And continued her courtship with the drug for 18 years until on 7/12/2012, her 36th birthday she was gifted with SWAT breaking down her door. That was the worst and best day of her life. She celebrates that day double every year now. As her birthday and REbirthday.
She now shares with anyone that will listen that addiction does not have to be a death sentence. It can be a stepping stone to a better life. She has gone from scrapping copper wire for one more hit to traveling to the Caribbean for 11 days on a cruise ship. Nothing is out of reach!
