Keep growing by planning beyond your goals? Keep raising the bar because life is a journey not a destination. This mindset has helped me to embrace the journey and not attach my happiness in material possessions or the approval of others. I have battled 13 years of depression with 3 hospitalizations and I am happy to announce that with the help of God, I have won that fight. I am now passionate as an overcomer to share my insights with others to encourage them that if I can overcome it then they can too. I am a mother of 15 children, and I have so many things that often INTERRUPT my plans but I am still able to accomplish what I desire and I believe that is due to having a plan. I am excited to report that I am an International best selling author, podcast host, TV producer, keynote speaker and VITALITY COACH.
