Men's Radio Station episode with Aidan Mannion and Pete Hobbs
Pete Hobbs is an ex-service man who was suffering with serious depression after coming out of the army. Back on Track – the London based charity that helps injured servicemen – sorted out Pete’s affairs, gave him counselling and paid for short term accommodation. This gave Pete the beginning of a new start. Now Jamie Oliver’s protégé Aidan Mannion, Head Chef of Mill & Brew in Mill Hill, London, is taking it to the next stage.
Hearing that Pete was a passionate food blogger and would-be chef, Aidan looked at Pete’s Instagram account and decided that he wanted to help him. Aidan offered Pete some one-to-one time in the kitchen and discovered his talent and immense passion for food.
