Carole King having declared herself a Cassidy fan, Carole duetted with Cassidy at British Summer Time in London’s Hyde Park in July2016 to a crowd of 65,000 people. Cassidy was also one third of Leading Ladies; a super group of West End star vocalists formed by Beverley Knight with Amber Riley to record the album Songs from the Stage. Released in November 2017, Songs From The Stage was certified silver within weeks of release, was a top20 Christmas chart hit and went on to be nominated for a Classical BRIT Award the following year.
