This week we are hitting the road with our girl Drew Barrymore, Whoopi Goldberg, & Mary-Louise Parker! Yes we are covering 1995’s Boys on the Side. The Los Angeles Times said of Drew’s character: “With her big lipstick smile and cutesie-poo blonde locks, Holly is like a Generation X flapper.” We couldn’t agree more; in fact, you could play a drinking game with how many times we say “so cute” while discussing Drew in this movie! We also touch on her love interest Matthew McConaughey, Drew’s unexpected quickie marriage during filming, and the super 90s all-female soundtrack!
