 Today we are talking about the common dreaded "I hate exercise" thought.  So often we put, "I want to lose 10 pounds"  or "workout more" on our yearly list of resolutions.  And by about this time, we start to become disconnected from that goal and drag our feet when it's time to go to the gym.  Then what happens?  We feel like failures and guilty that once again, the weight didn't come off and we didn't stick to the plan.  

But here's the thing, you don’t have to settle for boring treadmill runs.  You don’t have to beat yourself up in your workouts if that’s not your style either.

You can actually fall in love with exercise.
