Nehemiah confessed his sin, his family's sin, and the sin of the nation. He took personal responsibility for the state of the broken walls of Jerusalem. In life, we too must confess our sins to one another as our Lord instructed us and then we can be restored into a right relationship with our Heavenly Father because of Jesus and in Him alone.
