Text: Joel 2:28.
Message
1). What are the reasons God wants us to use for this empowered service?
*I am saved to serve;
*Where are you serving? (Exodus 3:8-10), Joshua 13: 6-7
*In the service you are rendering, are you called by God? Do you know Him?
*How committed are you to God?
*God wants us to make this positive change
2) What are the resources God wants us to use for this empowered service? (Isaiah 32)
*We all need the endowment; we must ask of it
*The need the power of the Holy Spirit to witness -because in the course of witnessing, there would be challenges (Acts 13).
* We need to ask for a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit for a transformation to happen.
*The infallible word of God.
*We can frame situations and circumstances by the Word of God.
*PRAYERS is another weapon that believers have
3)What are the Routes we can use to achieve this?
*Humble service; God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble (James 4:6).
*God expects more humility in our service.
*Remember that without Christ I can do nothing.
*Humility is of essence in our service
*HONESTY is of essence in our service
*HARDWORK is of essence in our lives.
* Let us put in our best, don’t be lazy
*Put in the best
*Don’t be slothful. (Prov 22:39).
