2022-23
- Named First-Team All-Sun Belt after clinching gold in the triple jump at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships (Feb. 20-21) with a personal best leap of 12.85m (42’ 2”)
- Part of the 4x400-meter relay quartet that set the school record of 3:43.85 to place fourth at the SBC Championships (Feb. 20-21)
- Placed first in the triple jump at the John Weaver Invitational (Dec. 2-3) and App State Split Meet (Jan. 20)
- All-America Honorable Mention after finishing 20th in the triple jump with a leap of 12.97m (42’ 6.75”) at the NCAA Championships (June 7-10)
- Was the first athlete to represent App State at the NCAA Championships since 2005
- Placed 12th with a leap of 13.09m (42’ 11.5”) at the NCAA East Preliminary Round (May 25-27)
- Was one of the first Mountaineers to represent App State at the Texas Relays meet, where she took seventh in the triple jump with a leap of 12.89m (42’ 3.5”)
- Wrapped her App State career at the USATF Elite Championships (July 6-9), where she finished 10th in the triple jump with a leap of 12.80m (42’ 0”)
- Holds the Randy Marion Facility record for the triple jump (13.10m (42’ 11.75”)) and finishes her career ranked third in the all-time list in the outdoor and indoor triple jump
