On numerous occasions, when discussions regarding healing, trials, blessings, etc, the phrase “God is in control” or" God is sovereign" will come up. Although this expression is true there seems to be a variety of different ideas about what this phrase actually means. The purpose of this section is to examine what sovereignty means in general, and then look at how that applies to God.
