Imposter syndrome can be described as doubting your abilities and feeling like a fraud.
It disproportionately affects women more than men and high-achieving people, who find it difficult to accept their accomplishments.
For some it comes along once in their life time, or it may raise its head a few times in different situations.
But for many it can be something that stays with them their whole life and they wear a "mask" and hide their feelings, emotions, thoughts around their own self-worth, they may question whether they're deserving of success or accolades and may feel like a fake.
In today's episode I give you some hints and tips on how to slowly, take some steps to push aside those feelings, to be able to recognise and acknowledge your strengths, your greatness and to let your light shine.
