On this episode we have some light discussions about secret menus in bars, the upcoming st paddy's shenanigans, those people that always say their city is better than LA or constantly trying to brag like ok cool go back then why are you here? if anyone knows me knows I proud to be from chicago but I dont go around saying how much better it is. It's on sight with the health department the LCB (liquor control board) you guys come at the worst times and are always in the way, some god damn professional snitches. We touch on yelp/google reviews and how people try to use that as a weapon but really we're laughing at you within the industry, and just cause you know the chef doesnt mean you should be asking for freebies have more class than that.
