In this episode I’m excited to welcome Emma Kozlowski, mom of three and founder of Eighteen Summers. Eighteen Summers is a company devoted to helping mothers find joy in the little moments- their aptly named “Moments of Joy” journal is a space for moms to record weekly memories of their children. In addition, Emma is also a board member of The Scotty Fund, a non-profit founded in honor of her late brother that provides support to families of children with critical illnesses. I’m so excited to share this conversation with Emma about finding joy in motherhood and wearing many hats as you do so!
