Description

A good night's sleep has never been more important in our lives.

During sleep, your body is working to support healthy brain function and maintain your physical health amongst other key things that help keep us alive and well.

But for most of my life I was someone that didn't take sleep seriously. I didn't make much effort to get the recommended amount of at least 7 hours of sleep each night and I would wake up and go to bed each day at completely different times.

It's only once I dived into the science to understand the importance of sleep and started to experiment with different routines and habits, that I came to realise just how impactful a consistent sleep pattern was for me in terms of how I felt each day and my levels of productivity.

That's why on today's Lifestyle with George episode, I'll be sharing 3 hacks that can be used to get a better night's sleep and which have really helped me in establishing a much better relationship with sleep in the last few years!
