There's so much power in establishing a good morning routine.

For many years, I had no set morning routine and I barely thought about how I spent my time before the working day kicked off. Nowadays that's all changed as I've come to realise just how impactful having a good morning routine can be.

Even if you don't consider yourself a 'morning person', there is still so much value in thinking about how we use the first few hours of our day and whether making improvements to this might actually lead to positive changes in our lives.

That's why on today's Lifestyle with George episode, I'll be sharing 3 reasons why you might want to consider designing a morning routine which sets you up nicely for the day and is better for your overall wellbeing.
