Journaling is a written account of your thoughts and feelings as you navigate everyday life.

It wasn't until the Covid-19 pandemic that I started to journal and since then it has become a daily habit.

For a long time I had heard about the positive impacts that journalling could offer, but it did take me a while to take the plunge and commit to writing consistently.

I've now started to enjoy the benefits this practice offers and I can't imagine not taking a small amount of time each day to collect my thoughts on paper.

That's why on today's Lifestyle with George episode, I'll be discussing my experience of journalling so far and sharing 3 reasons why I think everyone should consider doing it if they don't already.
