Reading books is one of my biggest passions.

Since I was a teenager I've always had my head stuck in a book and it's become a habit that I've stuck with into my thirties. Even if it's only for a few minutes, I'll make sure that I make a little bit of time somewhere in my day to read a book.

There's so many different reasons why reading books is good for us. That's why on today's Lifestyle with George episode, I'll be sharing 3 key reasons why I've developed and maintained this habit and why if you're not already doing it, you might want to so you can also experience the wide variety of benefits that it offers.
