Having a regular exercise regime can be truly transformative.

However it's not just the physical changes to our bodies that exercise enables which interests me. Instead, over the last few years I've become fascinated with the wider (and arguably more meaningful) impacts that a consistent exercise routine can offer us.

Five years ago I wasn't someone who prioritised moving my body and I would only exercise whenever I felt in the mood to do so. It wasn't something I took seriously or proactively planned into my schedule. Thankfully that's all changed now after working hard to make exercise a non-negotiable part of my life.

That's why on today's Lifestyle with George episode, I'll be sharing 3 ways that exercise changed me as a person beyond simply getting physically fitter and which most of us can benefit from if we decide to adopt a consistent exercise regime in our lives.
