All of us are influenced by the information we are exposed to on a daily basis and in our increasingly digital world, we can be vulnerable to being manipulated, misled or confused by the information we receive.

Therefore in the same way that we should be attentive to the food we consume, we should also be mindful of the information that we consume everyday.

Your ‘information diet’ is the sum total of all the information you digest on a daily basis and includes everything you get from TV, the internet and social media. 

While staying informed and educated about current affairs is important, constant exposure to negative news coverage can be bad for your wellbeing and take up a lot of your focus and mental energy.

That's why it's important to intentionally create a healthy information diet that works for you and on this episode I share some key tips for how you can do this.
