It can help build your confidence, reduce your stress levels and increase the chance of you hitting your goals.

However sometimes we can lose trust in ourselves after we make a big mistake or we don't follow through on our word to do something that we said we were going to do.

The good news is that even if you don’t trust yourself right now, with dedicated time, effort and energy you can begin to build up that trust with yourself over time and start to experience the many positive benefits that come from this.
