To be comfortable being uncomfortable is your capacity and willingness to embrace challenging and unfamiliar situations as opportunities for genuine growth and learning. 

While it may feel difficult and overwhelming in the short-term, being uncomfortable is good for you in the long-term because we must be uncomfortable in order to grow and learn as human beings.

If you always stay in your comfort zone and avoid situations where you may fail or be hugely uncomfortable, then you can prevent yourself from making the progress you want to in your life.
