Do you ever get that feeling that nothing is changing in your life?
Many of us go through periods where we're stuck in a rut. You may feel like you're going through the motions at work, treading water in your relationships or feeling unmotivated to work towards your goals.
Being stuck can lead to you feeling both disinterested and dissatisfied. We often feel stuck when we’ve tried everything we can think of to change our situation, but it still doesn’t seem to make any difference. Over time this can make you start to feel powerless and helpless.
Feeling stuck can be hard to deal with and very frustrating. Sometimes, you might feel like you don't know what to do or where to start when it comes to taking action to feel less stuck in your life. But with some intentional effort and energy, you can start to add a sense of increased novelty and excitement back into your life.
