After the holidays, getting back into work mode can feel like such a struggle. For me at least it was really hard this time and maybe you’ve spent days (or weeks) enjoying a slower pace, and maybe catching up with loved ones just like I did. 

But now, as you sit at your desk, the thought of getting back into your routine feels overwhelming. You’re unmotivated, and just not ready to leave the holiday mindset behind. If this sounds familiar, we will now together shake off that post-holiday blues and find our groove again.
