With the continuing debate on how to get economies around the world restarted, companies are still grappling with how and if they should be getting their employees back into a physical workspace. Tech giants have already pledged that their workforces won't return to work this year, some of them going further to say remote work will be put in place forever. For other companies, getting people back into an office can't happen soon enough. With very real human emotions running high around personal safety but also anxiety around changing a system that seems to be working, we talk with Hannah Ellis, Co-Founder and CEO of The Workplace Lawyers, to explore how we balance the legal realities of a return to work together with the associated morals, ethics and practicalities that come with it.
