Before we accept a job, think / ask about:

• Who is on the executive leadership team?
• Who are you reporting to? Who are their peers?
• Mentorship program?
• Female development team?
• What sort of career development opportunities can you expect?
• Women at every level of leadership?
  

Tips:

1. Work with your leadership team to get in front of opportunities
2. Ask what you need to do in order to make your next move
3. Track progress
4. Hold regular check in meetings
5. Bring others with you
6. Know your worth
7. Don't settle
8. Demand equal pay
9. Get your voice heard
10. Be your own boss
