Welcome to the final episode of season one of The Conflab where we heard from many different people from all across the globe about what identity means to them and what their journey looked like to find their identity. I felt that because I had allowed all of these wonderful people to be so raw and vulnerable about their stories that it was only right that I shared my journey to find my own identity!
We go deep and we get vulnerable so, find yourself somewhere quiet and hear my heart. If you have ever suffered with shame, please know that it is okay and you’re not alone.
