In this episode, we dive deeper into my own personal healthy life patterns and what I have done to change the trajectory of my life because my desire to change outweighed by desire to stay the same.



Here is my advice for building your healthy life patterns:

  1. Put yourself into an uncomfortable position every day - ice bath, exercise, sauna
  2. Who are you hanging out with? Are they toxic? Do they align with you?
  3. Know why you do what you do



Remember, it’s all about the 1 percenters!!
