Description

On this episode I talk about the use of progressive overload to gain strength and build out a larger capacity of work in the gym.  This subject stems from multiple conversations I've had about clients I have recently worked with using resistance training without progressively overloading their exercises to create new challenges, increase strength and build the bodies they have ultimately wanted.   

This is a staple for our clients to help the live their largest life through fitness while still feeling challenged and improving toward what their goals are.
