✓ Dropped out of high school at 16
✓ Spent teenage years addicted to meth.
✓ Quit meth and at 19, she returned to a charter high school at a community college.
✓ Was awarded a scholarship to finish her Associates Degree at the community college and graduated the following semester. Went on to earn two Masters degrees.
✓ At 21, started training in Chinese Kempo and received her Black Belt in 2015.
✓ Met and married the love of her life. They have an adopted son, four dogs and live on a ranch.
✓ In 2017, she wrote “You’re Brave Enough: 8 Daily Practices to Be Your Own HERO”, and shared her story and the steps she took to become her own HERO.
✓ Today, she’s an Author, Speaker and Coach, guiding women who want to walk through their darkness and shame and step into their power by reclaiming all the disowned pieces of themselves.
