For over 20 years, Jim has been helping organizations to effectively implement change and to make those changes stick for the long term. He is passionate about helping organizations to understand that a focus on the “people side” of change as soon as possible in a change process will exponentially increase the speed that an organization can reach the benefits that it envisions. Over his career Jim has led organizational change management initiatives across the public and private sector as both an external consultant and internal people leader. Jim is currently the Director of Organizational Change Management at Equifax Canada.
