Mitchell works as a meteorologist for the National Weather Service in Binghamton, NY. He grew up in Kentucky but his love for snowy winters brought him up north. In this episode we learn lots about how weather is forecast, and how technology has made longer-range forecasts more reliable in the last few decades.
