Description

Tracy grew up in Queens and at age 37 went back to school for a degree in hospitality.  Later on, she relocated to Northeast PA and eventually found herself working in the kitchen at the Pike County Correctional Facility.  Tracy explains what life is like both for her and for the incarcerated individuals she works with.  She brings in her own delicious quiche, some prison-only potato chips, and something called Nutra-Loaf, which is fed to prisoners who are misbehaving as a correctional tool.  Adam gives Tracy the choice between tasting a healthy snack, or a frozen treat, and Tracy chooses wisely.
