He talks about engaging the youth in a parish with LifeTeen (and their 30 altar servers!), focusing on evangelization with Alpha (leading to 17 teens baptisms this spring!) and the innovative ways their parish has turned a multi-cultural and multi-lingual parishioner base into a united community.
