Your Voice Is Your Vote!
I am so proud of these men. They are members of the Psi Nu chapter of Omega Psi Phi fraternity in Alexandria, VA. These men stepped up and took action with a mission of reaching and registering 5,000 voters. They created a plan and are now in the implementation phase.
As a leadership coach, I applaud their leadership. Fueled by their belief that this election is a defining moment for Black Americans, they strategized on how and who could contribute to their success. Their plan serves as a blueprint for them and the generations who follow them. They are demonstrating citizenship, effective civic action and engagement, courage, commitment and discipline—they reflect being a man who is a leader.
