Everyone at March on Morrison, on Saturday 21st December 2019, joined the growing climate justice movement as they walked together across the Harbour Bridge to send the PM a message that Australia demands action on bushfires, choking smoke and the climate change that is driving both.
Showing solidarity with the firefighters and nurses on the front line dealing with the fires and the growing health impacts, speakers on the day called out the failed politics of business as usual that pretends Australia can continue to export thermal coal, open new gas fields and cut down our native forests while still maintaining a safe planet.
