Today we speak with Monique Cormack. Monique is a Clinical Nutritionist who specialises in IVF and preconception. She became interested in this area after going down the IVF pathway in her own fertility journey and realising that there is a lack of nutritional knowledge and support, on how to prepare the male and female for the best IVF outcomes. Monique had 2 identical twins through IVF and went on to conceive her 3rd child naturally.
