Description

Planning is making a series of choices in advance. Sometimes we get too busy to be able to listen — PAUSE so you can hear your inner wisdom.

We need space to really make good choices. Then we can decide what we  really need on a spiritual level that would be good for our future  selves.

Food really has power – it has it's own vibration and that can be a  high vibration or a low vibration. Making the right food choices helps  you not only be physically lighter, but spiritually lighter as well.
