Procrastinating is not the same as needing to take a break. Just in case there were any doubts, I want to call that out right now.

Those two things are not the same thing. There are clearly different signals when you’re either procrastinating on something or when you’re tired and you need to take a break. If you pay attention to them…!

I learned this the hard way after I burned out and in today’s episode, I’ll share the signals I use to distinguish and how you can tell if you’re either procrastinating on something or if you just need a break.
