Men, we're doing it whether we know it or not. Something or someone is getting ignored because we're afraid to face it. Why? Because it's hard and we don't want to fail. Is it your health and taking care of your body? A client or person at work? Your coach? Your relationship with someone? There's an area you're CHOOSING to ignore, and if it's intentional it's a harder conversation to be had. If it's subconscious or unconscious, it's as simple as bringing awareness to it. Either way, it's going to take some changes to go from ghosting to present.
