Guys, I want to challenge you this episode to stop pandering and seeking mass appeal. Instead, look into why you can't seem to make a decision without running it "up the flagpole" for approval from other's first. Do you trust your gut? Do you hop on the bandwagon? Do you stand firm in your principles and values or do you waver to avoid conflict? Real leaders lead in situations where no one else wants to because it may not be the popular thing to do. It's not for the faint of heart, especially when you don't know what's in your heart intuitively.
