In a world full of uncertainty, change and fear, it is understandable that so many people are feeling lonely. Feelings of loneliness are personal, so 

everyone's experience of loneliness will be different. One common description of loneliness is the feeling we get when our need for rewarding social

contact and relationships is not met. But loneliness is not always the same as being alone.

In this episode, Natalie explores how you can stop feeling lonely and the steps to take to feel connected. It is not purely about meditation, health, 

exercising and getting a good night sleep. Sometimes, we have to reflect and ask ourselves some challenging questions to get to the root and truly 

know our authentic selves. Being able to connect with those who have the same values and are aligned to our desires and to know we have it within

us to make the right decisions; one being to stop being lonely and uncover our purpose in life.
