What is the difference between isolation and loneliness?

I have noticed in conversations and through the work I do with mental health as a volunteer that many people are feeling lonely and isolated. January has been a struggle for me. I have been manic busy with work of which I am grateful for. Whilst I feel this, I then feel bad for thinking that I should then be feeling isolated; separate from others!

I would not say I feel lonely which is more emotions of being sad because I have no company or friends. BUT… as a Coach, I know how powerful it is to establish reality and move forward. I reflect but never dwell. I think of what I can do and what I have learnt.

In, this episode I am sharing my experience of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). It is a pioneering therapy based on neuroscience that offers fast, effective results by combining the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP, and CBT.

I also share some thoughts on our personality styles and the relationships being an extrovert or introvert has with energy.
