WELCOME BACK TO THE FORTY FIRST EPISODE OF THE PROGRESSIVE MINDSET PODCAST.

In this episode, I speak to Marie McCarthy; Mindset Coach for female entrepreneurs. Marie shares the why to her coaching business and the challenges she sees females in business face.

Being a female business owner/ leader in the corporate space/ role model is an amazing privilege. It can also bring a variety of feelings and emotions that reveal themselves to create feelings of self doubt, fear, imposter syndrome and uncertainty. Mindset is defined as a person’s way of thinking and their opinions. When we as women feel this, it can present itself in ways that often others would not see but is actually holding us back from achieving even greater things in life. We have to be conscious of the thoughts we have and our perspective on things to understand where we are at and consider where we want to be, from which we can commit to closing the gap.

I share some of my own struggles in my journey from being a leader in the corporate world to owning my own business. Imposter syndrome, fear, anxiety, self doubt… the list goes on is and will always be present. How you and I chose to see these things and make the decision about how we will use them to drive us forward to greater things oppose to holding us back is key. Let’s find out some of the ways I have and you can to have an even greater life, business and set of relationships around you by shifting your mindset.
