Seema shares her work in the media with over 13yrs at Sony Pictures Networks where she has decided to use her skills and pursue her interest in coaching.
We discuss our strengths and weaknesses and the power of the network around us as we have both explored becoming coaches. Many entrepreneurs have a mindset of driving high performance and big goals to work towards yet struggle when others fail to show up in the same way and therefore presenting obstacles especially when working as a team in organisations. The obstacle then becomes our own to understand “yourself” and understand others to be a source of inspiration and help them in their own journeys.
Seema shares how she helps coach women to explore challenges, their mindset and their skillset that will support in them achieving their goals.
