Description

Humans have been asking since the dawn of time, ‘who am I?’. We all want to know our purpose, why we’re here. That right there is the driving force behind the concept of egocentric. For Tracy, the answer to that question used to be a dog trainer, but she wanted more. She had to change how she viewed herself to become who she wanted to be.  She’d taken deep dives before, recognizing the things about herself she wished to change.

Because of the influences and traumas of her childhood, Tracy developed an untrusting ego, one that sought to get others before they got her. She had an ego of worthlessness, people pleasing, and zero boundaries. She knew the only person she could change was herself, so she took accountability. Through changing her mindset, she was able to manifest what she truly desired out of life. Today she shares how, through an egocentric approach, we can all become who we’re meant to be.
