Description

What do you think when you hear that someone is self-centered? You surely don’t think, ‘well, good for them’. But you should. Who’s the only person we can control and change? Ourselves. So, why shouldn’t we be focused on ourselves? Just because we’re focusing on ourselves doesn’t mean we’re disregarding others. In fact, the more we love ourselves, the more we’re able to love and appreciate others.

We need to know who we are, to love ourselves enough to understand ourselves and accept ourselves.  We should all appreciate our skills and what we provide to this shared experience that we call life.  Many people don’t know who they are or what they have to offer because of childhood trauma.  It’s time to get out of survival mode and live for you. Get in touch with your ego, your higher self, the you that exists without the influence of others.
