The day that I decided to be the fullest expression of myself and start sharing my vulnerable life stories on the internet via FB lives and writing posts is when my most amazing life coaching clients started to show up.

It's been incredibly healing and freeing to not have to hold back and just be able to show up as the imperfect messy human version of myself. By giving myself permission to do this I feel that I really am turning my pain into purpose and helping others to heal through my stories.
