With more than 15 years of experience, Elena had been working as an EA/PA for Sr. Managers and Executives in different multinational companies.
She has worked across international projects as Head of Change Management and as a Leader.
Since 2019, she is teaching EAs/PAs how to level up in the admin role: she is passionate about growing people and creating the pool of true professionals who are able to provide high level support , enjoy their job and build a successful career.
Listening to her journey, how she dealt with changes, how she had to move from Ukraine to Spain, across 4 different countries for the war that is going on, it was simply difficult, it was challenging, enhancing but at the same time, unpredictable...
