"Make the complex Seamless"
This is the principle I apply when approaching the start up phase in clinical trials, having a great strstegy set up and supported by a great team as well.
This came across not by coincidence when meeting my new guest, Kim Pilkington, tuning in from CANADA!
I was able to connect with Kim through Bonnie Low Kramen, as Bonnie and Kim wrote together an article focused on "Career Management" that I discussed with Bonnie in our last episode you can find in the MACE PODCAST library.
She is a Canadian and owner of the Practical Strategist consultancy, specializing in communications,
stakeholder relationship management, governance, market alignment, executive recruitment, organization, and emergency management.
Kim is a globally Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and has an MBA and a baccalaureate in Psychology.
She brings 20+ years of leading teams and individuals in the creation and successful implementation of many challenging strategies, including market growth and exits, operational reviews and re-alignment in the private, government and non-profit sectors.
We will explore strategies and the steps we need to go through when building a strategy in 12 mins of conversation
Stay tuned,
